I believe it is, as much as i enjoy reading a good story or watching a good movie. i would not mind going to a live performance in a theater area.
It adds a whole different atmosphere to the area and the actors themselves make it more worth while as they go an act it out without a problem. Lord knows i couldn't do that even if they paid me.
Theater itself a a great art form, the first thing i saw was nutcracker, best damn play i ever seen. I even went out to buy the video when i was younger. Every time i hear the song i always remember it,(best damn memory i ever had)

Seeing actors perform live gives you a different feeling than sitting on your couch and watching a movie. I feel like it almost puts you in the middle of things.
